ACS Custom Rug Design is a new and family owned company. Just because we are new however, doesn't mean we haven't been doing this for a long time. We have over 15 years experience. My name is Joe Tisi and I worked for other companies prior to starting ACS Custom Rug Design. My wife Robin and I decided to start our own business based on years of experience to leave something for our children and grand children.
